Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Sunday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail or Evri with tracking provided.

Europe:

USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand:

Rest of World:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel through the Royal Mail or Evri website depending on which carrier is used for your order.
International Shipping - Important Information
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is not delivered or goes missing, please contact us at treize13official@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If a delivery attempt is made but you're not available, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at treize13official@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
For lost packages, please allow the full estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
